Ordering Through Our Online Store

We currently accept product orders via PayPal. Consult PayPal's Security Center to review their rigorous security measures. Note that by clicking a PayPal "Add to Cart" button in our online store you will open the shopping cart in a new window. You can delete items and adjust quantities as you like on the shopping cart page. Our order minimum is $25.00.

Riparium Supply is a product line that is owned by Xantusi Design LLC. Your PayPal payment confirmation and other notices will display Xantusi Design LLC as payee, but you will receive your Riparium Supply products with your order.

PayPal will accept order payment via your PayPal account, or with credit card charge. We generate use automatically-generated PayPal shipping labels, so make sure that your account information is up-to-date. You might have a lot of trouble getting your order if it ships to a previous address.

Shipping & Handling charges are also assessed at the PayPal order page before order checkout. Orders shipped to Wisconsin, USA addresses will be assessed a 5% sales tax, calculated automatically with customer zip code.

We are currently filling orders for shipment to destinations within the United States only. Please contact us to check the status of potential future international orders.

Shipping

At present, we ship all orders via US Postal Service, Priority Mail Service. Orders received Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders received Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped by the following Tuesday. USPS Priority Mail is a 2-3 business day shipping service, although some packages can take somewhat more time.

Orders are assessed Shipping & Handling charges before checkout in accordance with the following rates:

Order Returns & Exchanges

If your order has been packed incorrectly or damaged during shipping, send an email to our support account (provided below) to describe the problem. This message must be sent within 24 hours of order receipt. If you wish to return an order or exchange items within an order, email us within ten days of order receipt. We can generally provide refunds and exchanges provided that products are returned undamaged and in original packaging. We are not able to reimburse for return shipping charges.
